The tent was 100% water tight, we suffered some amazing storms during summer 2015 and this tent never leaked and as always when you first put a new tent up, you learn when taking it down what to best do the next time you erect it The tent is large and easily accommodates 8 regular sized adults in each bedroom and you still have a living area albeit, somewhat cozy if with 8 adultsĮven better if you get a bundle deal and have the front porch/awing
